You can contact me directly through my Hire Me page, or reach out via phone, text or email which can all be found on the Conptact page. Once I receive your inquiry, we’ll go over your event details, menu ideas, and set up a custom proposal.
My minimum guest count is 12 guests, and my maximum capacity is 300 guests.
Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a large celebration, I tailor the menu and service to fit your event perfectly.
Yes! I cook on-site at your location, bringing the restaurant experience to your home or venue.
I typically use your kitchen, stove top, range, grill, oven, counter space, and refrigerator. This ensures your food is freshly prepared and beautifully presented right before serving.
Each service includes:
– Custom menu creation (with your approval)
– Shopping and ingredient sourcing
– On-site prep and cooking
– Service setup (buffet, family-style, or plated)
– Kitchen cleanup – I always leave your kitchen as clean as I found it.
My menus feature a wide range of flavors and international influences, including:
– Sushi – Rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and sauces crafted in-house
– Mexican – From Carne Asada, Carnitas, and Chicken Adobo to Live Quesadilla Stations
– Italian – Osso Buco, Chicken Parmesan, Creamy Pomodoro Pastas
– French Bistro – Filet Mignon, Short Ribs, NY Steak and more
– Asian Flare – Inspired dishes from a variety of Asian cuisines
I offer multiple serving options depending on your event size and style:
– Sit-Down / Plated Service: Up to 20 guests for a restaurant-style experience
– Family-Style: Ideal for 12–40 guests
– Buffet Style: Recommended for larger parties of 50 guests or more
Absolutely. I work closely with clients to accommodate food allergies, dietary restrictions, and specialty diets. Please let me know of any needs in advance so I can plan accordingly.
I accept Zelle, check, cash, and major credit cards.
Please note: Credit card transactions include a small processing fee, which is passed on to the client. A deposit is required to confirm your event booking, with the balance due by the event date.
To secure your date, I recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or larger events
However, I occasionally accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
